Kate Raffin (Communication facilitator) will explore simple communication tools to make a significant difference in connecting with others based on these principles:
Increase your ability to engage in ways that lead to better understanding;
Understand simple yet effective ways we can do less to offer more in connections that matter;
Recognise your community as a mutual resource for connection and support and become an even more valuable part of it – naturally;
Learn how to lean in for support and offer it at the same time;
Giving space and time for human connection is one of the most valuable contributions we can make to ourselves and others.
