Portal Photo competition

PORTAL enters us into the many moments that make up our lives
on the North West Coast of Tasmania. You are invited to take part in
this special community project by sharing a photograph from our
Capture day: Monday 4 November 2024
Take a photograph on Recreation Day, capturing an image that connects with
the theme of ‘tidal’. Photographs will be included in a public exhibition at the
Devonport Regional Gallery during the tidal.24 festival.

What area does ‘North West Tasmania’cover?
Generally, the North West Tasmania region covers as far east as Port Sorell, across to the north west coast
passing Devonport, Ulverstone, Penguin, Burnie, Wynyard, Boat Harbour, Stanley and Smithton, south to Rosebery and across the highlands into Sheffield. Folks in Meander Valley are also welcome to take part

Tuesday & Saturday at the Somerset Scout Hall, 4A old Cam Road, Somerset, Tuesday 10.30-12.00, Saturday 12-1pm, Monday & Friday at the Baptist Church hall, crn Hogg & Dodgin street in Wynyard 10.30-12.00
