Music Connections is still a popular gathering on the 4th Sunday of each month at 3pm, with most newcomers hearing about it from other attendees. It’s wonderful to see the Music Connections musicians out there and performing at a variety of events and venues in the North West, including Wynyard Folk & Roots Club at the RSL on the 1st Wednesday of each month.

An exciting concert of social justice and environmental songs will be happening at Live Well on Sunday 1st September, when three northern songwriters get together to perform “Songs of Justice and Joy”. Rose  Turtle Ertler, Chris O, and Rosie Haden are professional musicians who share a love community-building, the natural environment, and social justice.
