Live Well Tasmania in partnership with the RESEED Centre and Kindred Organics are proud to present two food innovation workshops: 1030am-12pm Henrietta Damen will teach you how to use/prepare these amazing foods grown locally by Kindred Organics: quinoa, buckwheat, oats and linseed. 1-3pm Michelle Towle will teach you how to cook and eat sourdough bread 

Sewing Hub & Clothes Swap

Live Well Tasmania are pleased offer a regular Sewing Hub for community members interested in learning to sew, mend and repair. Sewing machines are available or you can bring your own. We also have a clothing swap (one item for one item).  Clothes must be clean and in good condition. Get some tips on using

Community Mondays are picking up pace on Mondays from 10am - 2.30pm. Lots of delicious food, lunch from 12pm. We welcome all those that love to cook and all those that love to eat :) Come along and enjoy a free coffee, conversation and lunch with new friends. Volunteers and donations welcome.
