Gather & Glow Night Market

You have permission to embrace the magic of winter as Glow & Gather transforms Goldie Street into a vibrant hub of connection, celebration and play. Following the huge success of last years event, again from 6pm, Goldie St will come alive with live entertainment, immersive experiences and delicious food from local restaurants and food vendors—all set against the cosy glow of fire pots and streetlights. Come along for a buzzing night of connection and entertainment.

Accessibility:
- Goldie Street will be closed to traffic, but street parking is available nearby.
- The area features wide paths and accessible walking spaces.
- Gutteridge Gardens will be open for picnicking and play.
- Additional street lighting will be provided by the Council for visibility and safety.

Community Conversations Somerset

Council’s next Community Conversations is heading to the Somerset Indoor Sport Centre. We encourage the community to join us and use this as an opportunity to connect with Councillors and Council’s Executive Team. Please note, this is not a formal meeting, but a casual opportunity to start a conversation, share your thoughts, concerns and questions with Council representatives.

Men Care Too (MCT North-West Mates
MCT focuses on informal, community based social events where men of all ages and circumstances are welcome. There are no memberships or referral pathways, men who attend are simply encouraged to turn up to the location where they will be welcomed by one of our volunteers. All catch up’s are hosted by volunteers from the local community and there is no pressure or expectation on attendees, they can interact as much or as little as they are comfortable doing.
