ParkRun Take Over – Colour Run

This was a sensational event organised by the amazing Laura Johnson from THEIRS (which stands for Talk, Hear and Help, Educate, Inform, Refer and Support), its aim is to help people notice the signs of someone struggling so they can help. The event was a great collaboration between the Wynyard Park Run and THEIRS, with assistance from the Waratah-Wynyard Council, also in attendance was CORES (Community Owned Response to Eliminating Suicide), and Standby (providing support and compassion after suicide). Sorry for any other services I have left out! See the smiling faces below of some of the participants of Park Run.
